This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute across the stack—from design to infrastructure—with a primary focus on building and delivering features that support our platform roadmap for our clients.   You’ll work closely with product and client-facing teams to design great user experiences, collaborate with teammates, and take ownership of projects—from new feature builds to client implementation rollouts.   Our team values individual productivity: you’ll be expected to contribute code regularly, open PRs, and help us move the roadmap forward.   This position is ideal for a strong early-career developer (recent CS grad with meaningful internship experience) through mid-level developers who want to make an impact across the full stack.   What You’ll Do   Build and ship features across the stack (React/TypeScript front-end and Laravel back-end) Work with product and client teams to design user experiences and translate requirements into working software Participate in code reviews, contribute PRs, and maintain high-quality standards Collaborate with teammates to architect scalable, maintainable solutions in AWS (EC2-hosted) Support client implementations and occasionally interact directly with end users Contribute to projects involving AI (Bedrock + LLM integration) and healthcare interoperability (e.g. FHIR).   What We’re Looking For   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience) Experience shipping code ( Laravel  and  React/TypeScript  strongly preferred) Comfortable working across the stack. Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with product, client teams, and occasionally end users Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-paced team environment Bonus : AWS, systems, security, or compliance experience Bonus : Mobile experience.
