Summary Job Summary Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Python and React. Build scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services. Develop user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, and queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design reviews, and release activities. Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Develop and maintain data models to support business and reporting requirements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards. Contribute to solution documentation, operational readiness, and production support. Develop automated testing and monitoring capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Follow secure coding practices and development standards. ### Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of software development experience. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and database design. Strong proficiency in Python (including API and backend development). Experience developing web applications with React. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ### Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data integration. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar source control. Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks. Exposure to AI/ML solutions or modern data platforms.
