Junior AI Engineer

Title: Junior AI Engineer Location: Greenwood Village, CO Duration: 6 months Hybrid: 4 days onsite Pay: $25-$32 Required Skills & Experience - 1–3 years of AI/ML experience (internship experience acceptable) o Knowledge of RAG, MCP, embeddings, vector databases, and chatbot architectures o experience with machine learning concepts and AI application development - Understanding of DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes - Python scripting and automation experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Knowledge of telecom systems - AWS Job Description Insight Global is looking to add a Junior AI Engineer to join a growing initiative focused on expanding AI adoption across one of the largest telecommunications companies’ organizations. This individual will partner closely with senior architects on multiple AI-driven projects, helping design, develop, and support intelligent solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have 0–3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies (including internships), with an understanding of Generative AI concepts such as RAG, MCP, embeddings, vector databases, and chatbot architectures. Experience with Python scripting and a foundational understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes, are required. Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who is highly curious, eager to learn from experienced architects, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and excited to grow their expertise while contributing to innovative AI initiatives across the organization.
