Healthcare Data Analyst

Description of the role We're looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst to own the quality of client data as it enters our platform. You'll review incoming data from new clients’ EMR and PM systems, clean and validate it in SQL, and ensure it's accurate and well-structured before it moves into downstream processing. This is an integral role in ensuring success for all of our partners. Responsibilities Review and clean new client data as it’s imported from EMR and PM systems Identify and resolve data quality issues such as incomplete or inconsistent records Write SQL queries and Python scripts to validate data at scale and resolve outstanding issues Partner with integration and product engineers to flag recurring source-data problems and accelerate client onboarding Must-haves 1–3 years in a data analyst, data engineering, or similar role Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python Experience working with EMR and/or practice management systems Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar, messy datasets Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment Nice to have Experience with Nextech or NextGen Experience with GCP, particularly BigQuery What we offer Health, dental, and vision plans 401(k) plan Visionairy is an equal opportunity employer.
