We’re hiring a Technical Team Lead to take ownership of the systems behind sophisticated, real-time sports trading and execution strategies. You’ll lead a team of 2-5 developers, building and optimising: ⚡ Automated trading and execution strategies 📊 Trading UIs that visualise complex, fast-moving situations 🛡️ Robust risk and exposure controls 🔧 Libraries and tooling used by developers, quants and traders 🏗️ Scalable systems designed for speed, flexibility and accuracy This isn’t a role where you’ll disappear into meetings. You’ll write code, solve difficult technical problems, shape architecture, mentor developers and influence the long-term technical strategy .
