Description

Product Manager REMOTE (EU Based) Full-time Who we are At Jaipur Robotics, we’re building AI-powered solutions that transform the waste industry — turning complex data into automation, efficiency, and environmental impact. As a fast-growing, VC-backed clean-tech startup based in Switzerland, we work with leading waste operators across Europe and are now expanding our product and customer-facing teams. What we offer We’re looking for a Product Manager who can combine product ownership, data analysis, and close customer engagement. This is not a traditional desk-based product role. You will spend significant time working directly with customers, visiting industrial plants, understanding how our products are used in real operating environments, and identifying where they can create greater value. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineering, AI, operations, and commercial teams. You will critically evaluate customer requests, distinguish between individual preferences and scalable product needs, and translate the most valuable opportunities into clear product priorities and specifications. The role combines elements of product management, product analytics, and customer success . You will be responsible not only for defining what should be built, but also for ensuring that customers understand, adopt, and benefit from the product. What we offer Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop a deep understanding of how they use Jaipur Robotics’ products. Visit customer sites regularly to observe workflows, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities. Evaluate customer requests critically, distinguishing scalable product needs from one-off customizations. Consolidate feedback across customers and translate recurring needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Define and prioritize the product roadmap with engineering, AI, operations, commercial teams, and leadership. Use customer feedback, product analytics, SQL, and statistical analysis to guide decisions and measure feature impact. Monitor adoption, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and operational value after release. Support product launches, onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and feature validation. Communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly to customers and internal teams. Build scalable product and customer-success processes as the company expands. Requirements Degree in engineering, computer science, automation, data science, electronics, industrial engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, product engineering, technical customer success, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, statistics, and data analysis. Experience with product analytics or BI tools such as PostHog, Metabase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, or Tableau. Ability to turn complex customer and operational problems into clear, structured product requirements. Strong judgment, communication, and customer relationship skills. Comfortable collaborating with software, AI, field, IT, and industrial teams. High ownership, independence, and ability to work effectively in an early-stage environment. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and work in industrial environments. Fluent English. Nice to Have Experience with AI, computer vision, industrial automation, IoT, edge computing, or data-intensive products. Background in industrial B2B SaaS, technical customer success, or product roles involving direct customer engagement. Experience with manufacturing, utilities, waste management, infrastructure, or other industrial sectors. Familiarity with Python, APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and analytics engineering. Experience in an early-stage startup or scale-up. Knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Based in Europe with convenient access to major transport connections.
