Tasks & Responsibilities Analytics & Solution Development Develop innovative analytical solutions to address complex business challenges. Explore large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Apply statistical and AI-based techniques to support decision-making processes. Business Collaboration Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. Support departments in identifying new opportunities to leverage data effectively. Technology & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of analytical applications. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing approaches. Help establish best practices for analytics development and knowledge sharing within the team. Must-Have University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Professional experience delivering analytical or AI-based solutions in a business environment. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience working with SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, or artificial intelligence concepts. Experience using common Python libraries for analytics and data processing. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent German and good English. Nice-to-Have Experience working in technology-driven or regulated environments. Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms. Familiarity with software development best practices and version control. Interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application.
