I’m hiring for a high-performance technology team operating at the intersection of real-time data, statistical modelling and trading . You’ll work on challenging backend engineering problems, including: ⚡ Building low-latency, real-time data feeds 🐍 Developing production systems with Python 3.10+ 🌐 Advanced web scraping and reverse engineering 📡 Working with Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL and Redis 📊 Improving observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana 🤝 Collaborating directly with traders, quants and engineers This is an environment that values speed, ownership and real-world impact over chasing perfect code. You’ll own software throughout its lifecycle — from design and development through to production support.
