What You Will Do Architect and ingest telemetry from 30+ major automakers, transforming fragmented OEM data into a reliable, unified API for global customers. Build and optimize high-scale Kafka streaming pipelines to process real-time vehicle data for smart charging, grid balancing, and fleet optimization. Shape the engineering culture and internal tooling, from CI/CD workflows to monitoring systems, as the company scales its international footprint. The ideal candidate Has deep experience building production-grade APIs and event-driven systems using Python, AWS, and streaming technologies like Kafka. Possesses a track record of owning complex software projects end-to-end, with the autonomy to scope, build, and ship features in startup environments.
