About The Role Mosano is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team and work across the projects in our portfolio. You'll work across the stack, building and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and delivery speed. You'll collaborate closely with a small, senior team that values autonomy, clean architecture, and pragmatic decision-making. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend Develop and consume REST APIs (GraphQL a plus) to support product functionality Write clean, maintainable, well-tested TypeScript across the codebase Collaborate on architecture decisions for scalability and long-term maintainability Work within a Git Flow branching model, contributing to a healthy, reviewable codebase Build, containerize, and deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines Work with relational and non-relational databases (ex: PostgreSQL / MongoDB) Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI or similar LLM tooling) to boost productivity and code quality Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning What We're Looking For Required 3+ work experience Strong experience with React (component architecture, hooks, state management) Solid backend experience with Node.js Proficiency in TypeScript Experience designing and consuming REST APIs Comfortable with Git and working in a Git Flow workflow Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude CLI or other LLM-based dev tools) Good written and spoken English (you'll work in an English-speaking environment) Nice To Have Experience with GraphQL Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar services) Soft Skills Autonomous and comfortable owning features end-to-end Good communication skills, especially in async/remote settings Pragmatic problem-solver who balances speed with code quality Comfortable moving across different projects and codebases within Mosano's portfolio What We Offer Remote-friendly / flexible working model Exposure to modern tech stacks and real-world client challenges Collaborative and engineering culture Opportunity to work across diverse projects through Mosano's client portfolio About Us Mosano is a software house that partners with companies to design, build, and scale digital products.
