Node.js + Google Apps Script Developer Devsatva LLP · Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Hybrid) · Full-time · 1–2 years experience About Devsatva Devsatva is an Ahmedabad-based data engineering and AI consultancy building production-grade data pipelines, agentic AI systems, MCP servers, and e-commerce automation for clients. The Role We're hiring a developer who is comfortable moving between Node.js backends and Google Apps Script automations. You'll build the glue that connects Google Workspace, marketplaces, storefronts, and internal tools for our clients — from lightweight Sheets-based catalog and order dashboards to full marketplace integrations and MCP tool endpoints. What you'll actually do Build and maintain Node.js services, APIs, and background workers (Express/Fastify, TypeScript preferred) Write Google Apps Script for Sheets, Gmail, Drive, and Forms — custom functions, time-based and event triggers, web apps, and bound scripts Integrate e-commerce APIs — Amazon SP-API, Shopify Admin API, WooCommerce, Flipkart Marketplace, and similar — with proper auth, retries, and rate-limit handling Build catalog sync, inventory reconciliation, order pipelines, and reporting flows across marketplaces, storefronts, and client ERPs Wire up data flows between Google Workspace, marketplace seller accounts, and our data warehouses Own small features end-to-end: scope → build → deploy → monitor Write clean, documented code that a teammate can pick up cold Must-have 1–2 years hands-on with Node.js in production (not just tutorials or coursework) Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals — async/await, promises, npm ecosystem Working knowledge of Google Apps Script — SpreadsheetApp, GmailApp, DriveApp, UrlFetchApp, PropertiesService, triggers, deployable web apps REST API integration experience — OAuth 2.0, webhooks, retries, idempotency, pagination Comfort reading marketplace/e-commerce API docs and handling their quirks (throttling, report-based endpoints, async job patterns) Git-based workflow (branching, PRs, code review) Clear written English for docs, PRs, and client-facing tickets Nice-to-have Hands-on with Amazon SP-API (Orders, Catalog Items, Feeds, Reports, FBA Inventory) or legacy MWS Shopify Admin API, Shopify Functions, or storefront app development Experience with Indian marketplaces — Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU) ERP / inventory tools — Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Vinculum, Zoho Inventory Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub) Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or agentic tooling SQL comfort and basic data modeling Docker basics Experience with clasp for Apps Script version control What we offer Direct exposure to enterprise and D2C clients and real production systems from day one Mentorship from senior data and AI engineers A fast learning curve — you'll ship things that get used, not sit in a Jira backlog Competitive salary aligned with experience Work from our Ahmedabad office
