Job Title: Data Analyst – Insurance Company: Aaratech Inc. Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Insurance to support business operations through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze insurance data, identify trends, and develop reports that support underwriting, claims, risk management, and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze insurance-related datasets from multiple sources. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor claims, policies, and business performance. Identify trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and risk management. Collaborate with business, finance, underwriting, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality. Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience working with insurance, claims, or policy-related data is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of insurance analytics, claims reporting, and risk analysis. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Experience working with SQL databases and reporting tools. Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus. About Aaratech Inc.
