Business Analyst

We’re partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire a Business Analyst for its Digital Product team. Charlotte, NC – In-Person/Hybrid W-2 Contract Targeting $50-$60 per hour What You’ll Need 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within banking or financial services. Experience supporting digital products, platforms, applications, or customer-facing technology solutions. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and the digital product lifecycle. Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional requirements. Experience with backlog management, UAT, defect tracking, and stakeholder management. Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. Ability to communicate effectively with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, Operations, and senior business stakeholders.
