Title: Machine Learning Engineer Experience 3+ years (flexible for the right candidate) Location: Remote (Chicago preferred) Job Description: 3+ years of hands-on Machine Learning Engineering experience. Strong Python development skills. Proficiency with SQL . Experience building and deploying predictive ML models and/or GenAI solutions. Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG architectures, and modern GenAI techniques. Experience with AWS . Experience with Databricks . Ability to take solutions from prototype to production. Experience designing scalable, maintainable ML applications. Familiarity with model monitoring and observability practices. Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience. Experience working with health plan or payer-related datasets. Background in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or ML Research. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, Bayesian methods, sampling, and statistical analysis. Experience building or supporting AI-enabled SaaS products. Strong product mindset and focus on business outcomes.
