This is a hybrid role based in Athens, combining in-person collaboration at our office in Nea Ionia with flexibility for remote work. The Role We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer to build the technical layer beneath our implementations — custom modules, integrations, and automations that make the system fit the business, not the other way around. You won't be writing code in a vacuum. To extend an ERP well, you have to understand the operation it serves — so you'll learn the platform from the inside, work close to real business processes, and build on top of them. Custom Development · System Integration · Python & Automation · API Design · Data & Migration · Technical Fluency · Problem Solving · AI-Assisted Development Responsibilities Build and extend ERP modules with custom development where the platform needs to fit the business. Design and implement integrations between the ERP and surrounding systems (e-commerce, telephony, third-party APIs). Develop automations, scheduled actions, and data pipelines that remove manual work. Plan and execute data migrations — extraction, cleaning, transformation, validation. Work alongside the implementation team to turn functional requirements into technical solutions. Own the quality of what you ship: testing, documentation, and maintainability. Must Have 2–4 years of hands-on software development experience, with strong Python. Solid grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and writing efficient queries. Experience building or consuming REST APIs / integrations between systems. Comfortable with Git and a disciplined development workflow. Genuine interest in learning the business side — you want to understand the processes your code serves, and you're open to becoming functionally fluent in the platform. Confident use of AI tools for development, debugging, and documentation — always with your own review and validation. Strong communication, structured thinking, and the ability to work close to a delivery team. Excellent Greek and English. Nice to Have Experience with ERP — development, configuration, or module work. Familiarity with OWL / JavaScript, XML, or front-end work within an ERP framework. Experience with e-commerce or platform integrations (OpenCart, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar). Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or modern deployment workflows. Familiarity with the Greek accounting and tax environment, including myDATA / AADE. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
