What You Will Do Architect and implement core systems for AI agent orchestration, voice infrastructure, and large-scale call scheduling. Build advanced simulation and evaluation frameworks to ensure the reliability and persuasiveness of autonomous voice agents. Collaborate with founders and product teams to translate customer requirements into maintainable, scalable software solutions using AI coding tools. The ideal candidate Extensive experience designing and delivering major product features within high-growth startup environments, ideally from Seed to Series B. Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language and a deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
