ServiceNow Engineer (Software Engineer 4 – contingent_ Minneapolis-based; minimum of 3 days in office Contract Pay rate: $70/hr on W2 Hybrid Well rounded ServiceNow Developer Someone with catalog experience Test automation skills within ServiceNow Whole engineering team is in MN – Minneapolis only for work location CSA/CAD Certification from day one is a must Required Skillset: Holds active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications Experienced in ServiceNow core, not just in one specific module such as GRC, WSD, etc. Portal experience, preferably with EC Pro Strong catalog skills Strong workflow skills Strong Integration skills Excellent communicator Business acumen Customer focused Preferable skillset: Experience building custom apps on the ServiceNow platform ServiceNow VA skills Now Assist experience (including custom skills) Familiarity with agentic AI Job Description: Required Qualifications: 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3 plus years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations 2 plus years of JavaScript development experience 2 plus years of RESTful or SOAP web services 2 plus years of Agile experience Valid ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) certification Desired Qualifications: EC pro experience ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification Custom application development within ServiceNow Advanced oral, written and presentation communications including the ability to present technical information in a way that nontechnical audiences will understand Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems Experience educating/mentoring lessexperienced staff In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Note: Must be ServiceNow CSA certified. Must have CAD certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date.
