About Position: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5 to 10 years of software engineering experience to join our core product team. While this role spans the full stack, the primary focus is heavily geared toward core backend development, enterprise integrations, and microservices architecture. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling the backbone of the Unifyapps platform enabling seamless data transfer, low-latency automated workflows, and embedded integrations across hundreds of global systems like Salesforce, Workday, SAP, and AWS. Role: Full Stack Java - Developer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 5 to 10 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Core Backend & Microservices: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed backend systems using Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem. Enterprise Integrations: Build, manage, and optimize reliable API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, Webhooks) connecting Unifyapps with over 700 third-party enterprise platforms, handling complex authentication (OAuth) and rate-limiting seamlessly. Full Stack Application Development: While operating heavily in the backend, actively contribute to the full software lifecycle. Integrate backend microservices with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React or Angular) to power our low-code UI builders and embedded automation widgets. System Architecture & Performance : Optimize systems for enterprise-grade scalability, multi-tenant architecture, and high availability (handling 60k+ TPS). Diagnose latency bottlenecks, conduct rigorous load testing, and ensure platform resilience. Data Management & Security: Implement secure data movement frameworks (ETL/Reverse ETL), enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and ensure robust encryption algorithms compliant with global data standards. Technical Leadership: Lead architecture and design discussions, conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor mid-level developers on the team. Expertise You'll Bring: Backend Mastery: Deep, expert-level proficiency in Java (Java 11/17+) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security). Microservices Architecture: Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and orchestrating distributed microservices in a cloud-native environment (AWS heavily preferred). API & Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of API design principles and hands-on experience building scalable, unified API layers and managing third-party system integrations. Database Management : Advanced command over relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Experience with caching and event-streaming tools (Redis, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ) is critical. Front-End Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) to effectively contribute to end-to-end feature delivery. Infrastructure & CI/CD: Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
