The team values collaboration, integrity, and clear communication in every engagement. Role Description This full-time, on-site Software Engineer Front End Platform role is based in Noblesville, IN. The engineer will design, build, and maintain front-end platform features, ensuring responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include implementing reusable UI components, integrating with back-end services and APIs, debugging and resolving issues, and collaborating with product, design, and back-end engineering teams. The role involves reviewing code, participating in architecture discussions, improving development workflows, and contributing to documentation and testing practices. The engineer will also help optimize front-end performance and ensure that platform standards and best practices are consistently applied. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-quality applications. Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying OOP patterns in front-end and platform-oriented codebases. Understanding of Back-End Web Development fundamentals and API integration to effectively collaborate across the stack. Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, or similar frameworks) and HTML/CSS. Familiarity with version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD workflows. Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of technical solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and secure coding practices is beneficial.
