Software Engineer - Full Stack

About The Role The role involves building and scaling user-facing applications and the robust APIs that power them. The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to transition early-stage product concepts into highly responsive, production-ready web interfaces and services. This position is situated within a cross-functional product squad focused on delivering high-impact features. Technical ownership is highly valued here, meaning the engineer will be responsible for the architectural integrity, performance, and operational reliability of their code across the entire application stack. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries Design and implement scalable backend APIs and microservices in Node.js, Go, or Python Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across diverse network conditions and device types Architect and maintain database schemas, queries, and migrations using PostgreSQL, Redis, or NoSQL alternatives Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality and prevent regressions in production Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline configurations and deploy services within AWS or GCP cloud environments What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep hands-on experience using React and Node.js Solid understanding of relational database design, query optimization, and data modeling best practices Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following RESTful API design standards Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, or building mobile applications using React Native
