Role Description This is a part-time EQUITY ONLY, remote Full Stack Engineer role. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power Qwantify Finance’s AI-driven platform, working across both front-end and back-end systems. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, improving existing functionality, integrating APIs and data sources, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The role also involves collaborating with product and data teams, reviewing code, writing tests, and participating in technical discussions to refine architecture and user experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and deploying production web applications. Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces. Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and code review. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial. Background in fintech, accounting, or data-intensive applications is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
