๐Ÿšจ We're Hiring: Data Engineer (HR/People Analytics) ๐Ÿšจ ๐Ÿ“ Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite Preferred | Remote considered for exceptional candidates) We're looking for a hands-on Data Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable data architectures and transforming complex HR/People data into clean, analytics-ready datasets. Must-Have Skills โœ… 3+ years of Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering experience โœ… Expert-level Snowflake , SQL , and Python (including performance tuning and partitioning) โœ… Strong experience with dbt and dimensional data modeling โœ… Experience building data pipelines for BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Visier โœ… Mandatory experience working with HR/People Analytics data โœ… Scrappy, adaptable, and results-driven mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity What You'll Do Build scalable data pipelines and architectures Develop dimensional models in Snowflake using dbt Transform messy HR data into clean, self-service datasets Write efficient SQL and Python scripts to support analytics initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business solutions Location & Work Arrangement ๐Ÿ“ Onsite in San Jose, CA is strongly preferred to collaborate closely with the team. ๐Ÿ’ป Remote candidates will be considered only if they meet all required qualifications and closely match the hiring manager's preferences. ๐ŸŒŽ Candidates within ยฑ2 hours of Costa Rica's time zone are a plus.
