Role Overview Seeking a strong Lead Engineer to drive architecture, design, and development of a cloud-native, configuration-driven, event-based platform supporting healthcare payer workflows and Payment Integrity systems. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end engineering initiatives Provide architectural guidance and hands-on development Build scalable metadata-driven and rule-engine systems Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices Required Skills 8+ years in software engineering Strong expertise in Python or Java Experience with configuration-driven platforms and rule engines Strong SQL & NoSQL database knowledge Kafka and event-driven architecture experience AWS services: EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps Healthcare domain expertise with Payment Integrity focus Preferred Experience Autonomous agents Tool-calling workflows Multi-agent architectures Local/private AI deployments Advanced AI reasoning & orchestration Hands-on experience with modern AI models like Qwen, Gemma, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Codex, etc. Kafka and Payment Integrity experience are mandatory Key Skills Python, Oracle, Kafka, Windsurf/GitHub Copilot/Cursor, Payment Integrity Platforms
