Software Engineer (AI/Full Stack) – On-site | Seattle, WA Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site – Seattle, WA Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year (Base) Equity: 0.6%–1.0% (Pre-Series A) Overview We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join an innovative team building the AI-native operating system for institutional capital. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products, LLM-powered systems, and intelligent agents that automate real investment analyst workflows. You'll own projects from concept to deployment, working directly with clients while building scalable, production-grade software in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software solutions. Develop LLM-based systems that process and analyze large volumes of fund documents. Build AI agents that automate complex investment analysis workflows. Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, React, and TypeScript. Build scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. Design and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Own the full software development lifecycle from architecture through production deployment. Required Qualifications Strong professional software engineering experience. Proficiency in Python. Experience with React and TypeScript. Experience building applications on AWS. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Experience designing and shipping production software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
