🚀 We're Hiring | AI Specialist 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a highly motivated AI Specialist with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deliver innovative AI solutions across enterprise, governmental, and research initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Design and develop AI solutions across Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, and AI Agents. 🔹 Develop and deliver hands-on AI labs and technical training covering LLM Fine-Tuning, Transformers, Self-Supervised Learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). 🔹 Gather technical requirements from stakeholders and prepare AI technical proposals and specialization curricula. 🔹 Mentor AI research and industry projects and evaluate technical assessments using data-driven performance analysis. 🔹 Support AI initiatives involving analytics automation, KPI development, executive reporting, and data-driven decision support. Required Qualifications: ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLTK, Matplotlib, LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith . ✔ Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, AI Agents, Transformers, and RAG . ✔ Experience in AI technical training, mentoring, and delivering practical AI laboratories. ✔ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into AI technical solutions. ✔ Knowledge of MySQL, Java, FastAPI Basics, and Arduino . ✔ Experience with ETL, Data Integration, Data Pipelines, Informatica PowerCenter, IBM watsonx.data (DataStage), Data Modeling, Cloudera, Hadoop, Data Lake, OFSAA, EPM, ERM, and Basel is an advantage.
