Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize robust backend APIs using Python and FastAPI frameworks. Implement scalable and efficient solutions leveraging AWS cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration. Architect and deploy secure, high-performance real-time systems utilizing WebSockets and message queues. Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical excellence and innovative solutions. Review and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability. Maintain detailed documentation, ensuring clarity for both internal and external teams. Champion written and verbal communication, facilitating clear collaboration across the customer's team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Expert-level proficiency in Python with a strong background in backend development. In-depth experience with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment. Hands-on expertise in building APIs with FastAPI and implementing real-time features using WebSockets. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices management. Solid understanding of message queues and event-driven architecture. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for articulate collaboration. Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-impact or AI-driven projects.
