What you will do:

Support client engagements by assisting in the analysis of digital optimization and transformation opportunities

Apply structured, analytical thinking to help reframe business challenges and develop hypotheses

Help gather, consolidate, and document requirements, contributing to product development prioritization

Work with data and analytics tools to surface insights that inform strategic recommendations

Contribute to building client-ready presentations and recommendations under guidance

Collaborate across teams to explore the intersection of digital technology and business

Communicate ideas clearly and creatively — both in writing and in presentation

Requirements

What we expect:

Around 3 years of experience in digital consulting, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field

A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn, you embrace a growth mindset

Ambition to think beyond the obvious and take initiative

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Solid analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving

Fluency in both German and English
