The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with proven experience in designing scalable backend systems and leading engineering teams. You’ll play a key role in building robust APIs, architecting solutions, and collaborating in Agile environments. Experience with GCP, CI/CD, and Docker is a plus. Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred. Job Responsibility Design and develop high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for scalable systems Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB) Build, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs in a production-grade environment Take ownership of solution design, code quality through reviews, and mentoring junior team members Work closely with cross-functional teams during Agile sprints to deliver business value Apply critical thinking and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and business challenges Contribute to improving engineering best practices, performance, and system scalability Mandatory Skills 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture Experience working with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred) Proficiency in RESTful API development Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience in leading small to mid-sized engineering teams Application Process Submit your resume with the subject line: “Senior Java Developer Application – [Your Name]” to [email protected].
