Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Developer Location: Hybrid (New York City Preferred) Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize responsive web applications and user-facing features. Build engaging user experiences, marketing pages, and customer workflows. Develop and maintain high-performance applications using React and Next.js. Enhance and support a headless WordPress environment. Design and build scalable APIs and backend services. Develop data-driven interfaces and visualizations using large datasets. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. Implement security, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency. Required Qualifications 3+ years of full stack software development experience. Strong experience with JavaScript , React , and Next.js . Experience working with WordPress, preferably in a headless architecture. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and data-intensive applications. Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital advertising technologies such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) or Google Publisher Tag (GPT). Experience building analytics platforms or data visualization applications. Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows. Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Vercel.
