About The Role We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our innovative Team KIM (Team KI-Marketing) at the Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a cutting-edge AI-based agent designed to enhance the success of small and micro-businesses on social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating performant, user-friendly web applications that leverage the latest in AI technology, particularly large language models (LLMs). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX designers, and AI specialists, to deliver seamless and engaging solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with a passion for innovation and user-centered design. Key qualifications include: At least five years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record in React and TypeScript. Solid understanding of modern web development practices, including modular component architecture and performance optimization. Experience integrating AI technologies, particularly large language models, into web applications. Knowledge of backend development with Java and Spring Boot is advantageous. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS to develop scalable and resilient solutions. Proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams. Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) to effectively collaborate within the team and with stakeholders. Passion for exploring new technologies and experimenting with innovative approaches to enhance user experience. Responsibilities As a Frontend Developer at Haufe Group, your responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing high-performance, user-centric web applications utilizing React and TypeScript, with a focus on social media interaction and AI integration. Developing modular, reusable components to ensure maintainability and scalability of the application. Collaborating with UX designers and product managers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that delight our clients. Integrating state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) directly into the user interface to enable intelligent, interactive features. Acting as a coordinator for AI-agent behavior, ensuring seamless orchestration between frontend logic and AI functionalities. Contributing to the development of backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot when necessary, and working within cloud environments like AWS. Participating actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to deliver iterative improvements. Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software development.
