Full Stack Engineer

What You’ll Do Design and build scalable, production-grade applications Develop backend services using Node.js (TypeScript) and some Java Work with GraphQL APIs (including modern data aggregation patterns) and REST Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisions Break down ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable solutions Mentor engineers and help drive best practices across the team What We’re Looking For 7+ years of software engineering experience Strong system design and architecture mindset Experience with: React Node.js / TypeScript Java GraphQL and REST APIs AWS + NoSQL (DynamoDB or MongoDB) CI/CD and automated testing (unit/integration) Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong collaboration skills and a low-ego, team-first mindset Nice to Have Experience with GraphQL federation / subgraphs Exposure to React Native or mobile CI/CD Why This Role Early-stage team with high visibility and impact Opportunity to shape architecture and engineering practices Fully remote with strong flexibility The projected hourly range for this position is $75.00 to $85.00 On-Demand Group (ODG) provides employee benefits which includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.
