Operating through cGMP-compliant facilities, we combine operational stability with the agility of a growing organization to bring cost-effective medicines to market while upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.     Position Overview:   Prinston Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Intern to support ongoing IT initiatives focused on improving business processes, workflow automation, and digital infrastructure. The intern will have the opportunity to apply analytical thinking, programming knowledge, and AI tools to real-world business challenges, including SharePoint system governance, contract workflow design, and web application support.      The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of quickly adapting to emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and modern web application frameworks.     Key Responsibilities:   Workflow Development Support: Assist in designing and building a digital workflow system to track contracts and maintain a centralized contract repository.   SharePoint Administration & Security: Support the development of best-practice Microsoft SharePoint security policies and procedures, including user access control and permission structures.   Process Design: Help define standardized workflows for creating new project teams, including SharePoint site setup, access management, and documentation structure.   Web Application Support: Assist in website maintenance, updates, and basic web application design and improvements as needed.   AI & Automation Exploration: Apply AI tools and programming skills to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within IT and business operations.   Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical or process solutions.     Qualifications:   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.   Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially SharePoint (preferred but not required).   Strong interest in AI tools, automation, and digital process improvement.   Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.   Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.   Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.     Compensation:   $16/hour   Location: Somerset, NJ     Job Type: Internship
