About The Role We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program. Job Tasks And Responsibilities Perform system integration tests for commercial products, IT projects and make sure that they are free of bugs. Work on Quality Assurance Automation to accelerate the testing process and enhance time to market. Automate manual procedures and processes using latest technologies in the market to reduce human manual works. Handling customer cases and complaints received though IT systems, then analyzing and resolving them in a timely and professional manner. Communicating with technical and customer related functions regarding resolving customer complaints and requests and expediting their resolution What We Need From You A Bachelor's degree in: Computer science, computer engineering, software engineering and any major related to IT. Soft Skills Ability to work under pressure. Good communication with follow up and coordination skills. Strong analytical thinking skills. Problem solving skills Technical Skills Good knowledge in object-oriented programing languages. Good knowledge in database and SQL commands. Good knowledge in testing automation tools.
