About The Opportunity A fast-scaling tech services firm in the Enterprise Software & Digital Transformation sector, we build scalable, high-performance backend systems for clients across BFSI, E-commerce, and Logistics domains. Our Java engineers design, optimize, and sustain mission-critical applications that handle millions of transactions daily—leveraging modern Spring ecosystems, cloud-native patterns, and clean architecture principles to deliver resilient, maintainable systems. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy robust Java microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful API patterns. Optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle—writing efficient queries and implementing caching via Redis or Hazelcast. Integrate with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and build event-driven architectures for async processing and scalability. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions—ensuring automated testing, build, and deployment flows. Collaborate closely with frontend and QA teams to define contract-first APIs and drive end-to-end system reliability. Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or APM tools—identifying bottlenecks and resolving production issues proactively.
