Senior Scrum Master / Project manager

Title: Scrum Master / Project manager Location: Piscataway, NJ Position type: W2 contract Role Summary We are looking for Scrum Master/ Project Manager in NJ. Ideal candidate requires specialized Scrum Master and strong on vulnerability management lifecycle, vulnerability scanning tools experience along with risk reviews and mitigation planning. Ensure remediation backlogs are groomed, prioritized, and aligned with agreed milestones. Job Responsibilities Crete proper job description with below key pointers Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure remediation backlogs are groomed, prioritized, and aligned with agreed milestones. Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and remediation throughput. Coordinate activities across CloudOps, Infrastructure Engineering, DBA teams etc.. Identify, track, and escalate blockers impacting vulnerability remediation. Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure timely resolution. Facilitate risk reviews and mitigation planning. Produce weekly and monthly dashboards. Track KPIs and Milestone Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT services or consulting preferably in production support Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. 5+ years of Scrum Master experience. Experience managing Agile delivery for Infrastructure, Security, or Technology Operations programs. Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification. Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools. Familiarity with AWS cloud environments
