UX Designer

As a UX Designer , you will: • Partner closely with product managers, product owners, engineers, and end users to understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements • Create user-centered designs that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing • Lead UX activities throughout the design lifecycle, including research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, implementation support, and post-launch evaluation • Develop and maintain high-quality design artifacts, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows • Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively and consistently • Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and creative exploration • Contribute to UX best practices, standards, and design consistency across products and platforms • Advocate for the user experience while balancing business and technical requirements You will be a good fit for this role if you have: • 3+ years of experience designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web-based applications • Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design • Experience with additional design and visualization tools such as Visio and Photoshop • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance and accelerate the design process, including ideation, prototyping, and asset creation • Strong understanding of modern UX/UI design principles, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams • A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design processes and successful user-centered solutions Nice-to-Haves • Experience working within Agile product development environments • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries • Experience designing for enterprise applications or complex user workflows • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles • Experience collaborating directly with developers during implementation About Market Street Talent Market Street Talent is a specialized staffing and consulting firm focused on IT and technology positions.
