Python ML Engineer – Healthcare Tech

We're seeking a Senior Python ML Engineer with 10+ years of overall experience, including 2–3 years working hands-on with Generative AI, to join our healthcare client's team. You'll lead the design and deployment of LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and predictive ML systems that transform patient care and clinical operations. Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face Transformers is required. Strong background in traditional ML (NLP, time-series, or computer vision) plus practical GenAI experience (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases) is essential. Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EHR, HL7, FHIR) and compliance (HIPAA) preferred. You'll mentor junior engineers, drive architecture decisions, and partner with clinicians and product teams on high-impact AI initiatives. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow) required.
