Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Software QA Analyst III (Manual & Automation Testing) Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite at Menlo Park; onsite schedule subject to change) Pay Rate: $70/hr (W2) Paid weekly Contract Length: 5 Months (Potential Extension or Conversion) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, and Sick Leave About the Role: We're seeking an experienced QA Analyst III to help ensure the delivery of high-quality products through comprehensive manual and automated testing. In this role, you'll partner closely with Engineering and QA leadership to execute test strategies, improve quality processes, and support feature releases. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven QA professional who enjoys owning testing efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features. Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; work closely with engineering to drive resolution. Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans. Support QA leads in driving test strategy and test plan creation. Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress. Conduct Product Audits with QA leads’ guidance to analyze/improve QA test coverage. Conduct Bug Audits with QA leads’ guidance to analyse/identify product areas that need improvement. Provide Release readiness support for Medium/small size features. Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features. Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads. Work onsite as needed to collaborate directly with engineering and QA teams, ensuring product rigor. Support stealth projects which require a higher level of diligence in execution. Run and lead innovative testing techniques like benchmarking testing, battery testing, Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans. Both manual and automation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics is a plus. Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams. Expertise with python, javascript, SQL or similar.
