Job Title: Junior Business Analyst Location: Denver, CO (Onsite 4 Days/Week)-Local Only Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Virtual Employment: W2 Only Responsibilities Support reporting, business process improvement, and workflow optimization Create dashboards, reports, and analytics using Jira and AI tools Improve Jira workflows and maintain SOP documentation Coordinate meetings, track action items, and provide project updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery Required Skills 2+ years of Business Analyst experience Experience with Jira , dashboards, and SQL Experience working with engineering teams Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Interest in AI tools (Kiro AI exposure is a plus) Able to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Confluence Chalk Basic Project Management experience
