Key Responsibilities : 1 Replication of Tickets from Accenture Tool to client tool vice-versa 2 The updating of tickets is critical activity and need to be performed in real time basis 3 Proper Handling of Tickets Creation , Update , Closure 4 Working closely with technical team for driving of incidents to closure 5 Sharing timely reports with management Technical Experience : 1 Should have knowledge about Service Now tool 2 Must be good in understanding customers queries in order to replication of the tickets 3 Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention LOCATION : NEW YORK QUALIFICATION : 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, GRADUATION EXPERIENCE : 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, GRADUATION KEYSKILLS : 3+ HTML, JSP, Windows server, UNIX, Linux.
