As a senior individual contributor reporting to the CTO, you will own technical problems end-to-end using a modern stack including Next.js and tRPC, translating complex data into actionable intelligence for the UK property market. What You Will Do Write high-quality, production-ready code across the full stack using Next.js, tRPC, React, and Tailwind to build performant, accessible features. Own the technical lifecycle of complex projects from discovery through to deployment and monitoring, including PostgreSQL schema design and database migrations. Partner with the data team to architect Elasticsearch-driven search and filtering solutions that handle vast datasets with high performance. The ideal candidate Has 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2-3 years operating at a Lead, Staff, or Senior-plus level in a SaaS environment. Demonstrates deep proficiency in the core stack: React/Tailwind, Node.js/Next.js/tRPC, and databases including both PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
