In This Role, You Can Expect To Collaborate on a cross-functional team including backend, frontend, and product to deliver excellent customer experiences Own the full lifecycle of feature development, from architecture and design to production deployment Maintain and extend our multi-platform production application with data quality and data improvement features You’re a Great Addition If You Have significant experience building and running production-grade software relied on by thousands of users Strive for quality through maintainable code and comprehensive testing Take ownership and responsibility for what you merge Communicate clearly, empathetically, and directly Are curious, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow with a fast-moving startup Are motivated by opportunities to take on responsibility quickly, shape the product and engineering culture, and grow alongside the company You Should Apply If You Have 3+ years of professional experience delivering and operating production frontend systems 2+ years of experience with React/TypeScript codebase Proven ability to make technical decisions in complex systems, balancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability Solid understanding of tools and processes that enable collaborative development (Git, code reviews, shared ownership) Practical experience and interest in using LLM coding assistants as part of your day-to-day workflow Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (plus) Experience with headless design-systems and styling frameworks (PandaCSS, Tailwind etc.) (plus) Experience with Python, Node.js (plus) Worked with and follow the latest trends in LLMs like Sonnet, GPT, Qwen (plus) Experience in a fast-paced startup environment Requirement: An EU work permit.
