Senior Java Data Developer

Responsabilities: Develop and maintain real-time client reporting applications for regulatory and monitoring purposes. Deliver high-quality, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using Java and modern development frameworks. Participate in the full Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, documentation, and code reviews. Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high standards of data quality and application reliability. Collaborate with Production Support teams to support application releases, deployments, and ongoing maintenance. Work closely with business users to gather and clarify functional requirements. Provide Level 3 (L3) production support, troubleshooting complex application issues when required. Contribute to continuous improvements in application performance, maintainability, and software quality. Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Batch processing technologies. Support frontend integrations with Angular and React-based applications. Requirements : Technical Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Software Development . Strong experience with Java 8+ . Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring IoC, Spring Batch). Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development tools such as Maven and Git . Experience with Shell Scripting . Knowledge of JavaScript and frontend integration. Experience with Angular and/or React . Experience in software testing, including Unit Testing , Integration Testing , and End-to-End (E2E) Testing . Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Knowledge of reporting systems and Business Intelligence platforms. Strong understanding of software quality, scalability, and performance best practices. Experience working within Agile development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English . Nice to Have Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking , particularly Cash Equities . Experience developing regulatory reporting or financial reporting applications. Familiarity with production support and release management processes.
