Remote Staff Frontend Engineer

Role: Staff Frontend Engineer leading web and mobile development, owning key components of the homeowner platform, mentoring engineers, and shaping technical strategy. Responsibilities: Lead user-facing development using Flutter (mobile) and React/Next.js (web), define architecture and standards, deliver features collaboratively, optimize performance, mentor team members, build CI/CD pipelines, and communicate technical decisions across teams. Qualifications: 5–8+ years in front-end engineering with 3+ years in leadership, expertise in Flutter and React/Next.js, proven track record of shipping complex features, strong focus on user experience and performance, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in fintech, backend systems, design systems, and passion for financial products and homeownership solutions. Key Duties: Develop high-quality, scalable frontend applications, establish best practices, mentor engineers, ensure seamless feature delivery, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
