Python + Gen AI Developer

Programming & Foundations: Strong proficiency in Python including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn; solid software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), API development and integration, software testing, and code quality best practices. GenAI Expertise: Deep experience in Prompt Engineering, Prompt Design & Optimization, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, and secure integration of enterprise data with Large Language Models (LLMs). Data & MLOps: Experience with Amazon Redshift and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), basic Kubernetes knowledge, model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management using MLflow, Hugging Face, or similar platforms; strong understanding of data quality management, model drift detection, retraining strategies, observability, cost optimization, reliability of AI systems, and familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
