Role: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ¿ Employee Center Location: Charlotte, NC(ONSITE) Position Description (the more details the better) Large Healthcare organization is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Employee Center to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Employee Center solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and technical teams to deliver intuitive employee experiences through ServiceNow’s Employee Center platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Employee Center, strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead or support the implementation of ServiceNow Employee Center. Configure portals, topics, taxonomy, content, widgets, branding, and employee-facing experiences. Partner with IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs. Support integrations between Employee Center and ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Service Catalog. Create and maintain knowledge articles, catalog items, record producers, workflows, and service definitions. Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, and security standards. Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment planning, and post-go-live support. Provide recommendations for improving employee self-service, search, navigation, and overall user experience. Document configurations, technical decisions, and implementation processes. Required Qualifications Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Employee Center certification. Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Employee Center or Employee Center Pro. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including portals, service catalog, knowledge management, workflows, and integrations. Experience with ITSM, or Enterprise Service Management processes. Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile or project-based delivery environments. Good communication skills Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, or AI Search. Knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
