Description

Duration: 5+ Months Location: MI-Novi, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, and APIs Architect and optimize data models, schemas, and storage solutions (relational and NoSQL) to support scalable application performance Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations to support reporting, analytics, and application features Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code across the stack Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Optimize application performance, including query optimization, caching strategies, and efficient data retrieval Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems Mentor junior and mid-level developers as the team grows Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and data layers Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 7+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated full stack expertise Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, or .NET) Deep experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) Salesforce experience preferred Proven experience designing and building data pipelines, ETL processes, or data integration workflows Strong understanding of RESTful API design and/or GraphQL Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
