What You Will Do Architect and evolve the core agent infrastructure, making critical tradeoffs between speed, reliability, and complexity as the platform scales. Lead the most ambiguous and highest-stakes technical projects, turning vague requirements into robust, production-ready backend systems. Mentor the engineering team through hands-on collaboration, code reviews, and the development of high-standard design documentation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate Brings 7+ years of backend experience with a track record of architecting distributed systems that scale through multiple orders of magnitude. Possesses deep expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI) and TypeScript (Node.js), with a strong grasp of AWS, Kubernetes, and Postgres infrastructure.
