Key Responsibilities: Design test cases and their respective procedures based on functional requirements and business rules. Validate and approve tests executed by the development team against established acceptance criteria. Report and track defects through to resolution, collaborating closely with the Dev team. Keep test documentation up to date and provide quality status reports for deliveries. Participate in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, and review), focusing on continuous process improvement. Required Skills: 6 months to 3 years of proven experience in software testing / QA. Proficiency in creating test cases, defining steps, and establishing acceptance criteria. Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing, as well as defect lifecycle management. Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
