Java Developer - Contract, Warsaw

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a high-performing front office technology team, developing and enhancing business-critical trading applications within a fast-paced financial markets environment. What you'll be doing: Design, develop and support high-performance applications for front office trading and control platforms. Build scalable, reliable software that underpins core business operations. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Improve system performance, maintain technical documentation and contribute to platform enhancements. What we're looking for: Strong commercial experience developing applications in Java . Exposure to C++ or Python would be advantageous. Understanding of Git and modern version control practices. Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
